PhunSoft.ch is a site about information technology (IT). You may find articles, coding samples, and complete programs related to my areas of interest. PhunSoft.ch has been online since 1996. I had long in mind to publish articles about IT topics, other than the 1996-topic PSION Handhelds. In support of this wish, PhunSoft.ch has been redesigned in 2021.

IBM Z systems mainframe computers and the z/OS® mainframe operating system have been my playfield for almost 36 years until my retirement in 2019. I still love that environment, although I don't have access to a real-life system anyore. The IBM Master the Mainframe environment is a basic play field, to which I do have access to verify (most of) the code what I publish here.
